AnswerGo right of the reception counter, past the guy when you leave (you should be in a complex area). Right when you get outside turn left, face forward, press the up button then push A and you should get it (though it's invisible).
theres a book you can buy from game shops that tell you every thing theres also action replay on e bay for about thirtyfive Australian dollars with heaps of cheats for nearly every game

∙ 13y agoGo out of the reception center toward the rest of the suites. As soon as you are outside, take one step left, then face forward and press A. If you don't believe me, use the dowsing app on your Poketch and you'll see it. It really worked for me just now! Then, go to the girl and talk to her and give her the key. She'll go inside. After that, you must walk in and talk to her. Then she'll give you a Lava Cookie.
