No it is not under Candace's bed in the Jeremy love box under the Jeremy Blancky. It is in a tool box next to the purple building I think in world one. If it is not in world one check in world two. If you can't find it and you looked everywhere you will just have to restart the game. And there is your answer I hoped I helped you a lot. B-)

∙ 14y agoIt is in world 1-3. If you have a detector/radar, there will be a star on the map. To get there, you'll have to climb on a ladder, go right, climb another ladder, and go left. Then, you'll see a box in a hole. That box is the soap box racer. You'll have to be Phineas to retrieve it. That is all I know of where it is. I DON'T know how to get it out. Try searching that part onGoogle, Yahoo Answers, or Ask.com. I hope that helped you in a way of knowing where the soap box racer is. :) ~o PEACE
