this is to help people as my bonus before i answer the question that rayquaza is at the sky pillar (sky tower if you have ruby or sapphire).you can find sky pillar if you fly to pacificalog town or surf or whateverand go up and keep on going right and go around rocks. eventuly you will find the sky pillar. you can only go to sky pillar when groudon and kyogre are fighting in sootapolis city.

this is all I know.

on diamond wayward cave is underneath cycaling road where you can find gible

on pearl it is the same thing.

on Emrald when you are close to beating the game by beating the elite 4 and champ and getting the national dex go to the weather institute and they will say a route.

when you go to that route in emerald dive under water and you will find Kyogre inside the cave.

in ruby in sootopolis go into the cave there and go back and groudon should be waiting.

If he says the other route then go to the cave in venturduf city and then go up and to the right and there will be another exit. go there. don't listen to the guy who says he lost his glasses and go to the stair case that would not appear if you went there before and you will find terra cave.

terra cave is where groudon is.

to get groudon in sapphire you must trade it from Pokemon ruby or or emerald or if someone has it on another sapphire or fire red and leaf green.
