You use the item X accuracy in battle to boost one of your Pokemon's accuracy for the duration of that battle.

MewThree X is a Hacked Pokemon name. MewThree X is just a name that Hackers created. MewThree X isn't a real Pokemon.
Aura shpere is an attack that I think has 90 power,15pp and 100 accuracy.

If you migrate Pokemon from Emerald, saphire, or Ruby, you may have migrated a Dusclops. Or caught one or traded off of someone. Give the cloth to Dusclops and trade. It will evolve into Dusknoir, a new pokemon. It can also help Darkrais accuracy stats and strength, for example, darkrai's dark void attack is 80 accuracy but my friend gave it a reaper cloth and dark void never missed
All moves have an accuracy check; A random number is generated between 1 and 255, we'll call this number X. The original plan was if the number X was less than or equal to the number given for the accuracy, it would hit, and if it was higher, it would miss. However, due to an overlook in the programming, it's only if the number X is less than the accuracy number. So, when a move of 100% accuracy (whose accuracy number is 255) randomly generates X, and X=255, the move will miss.
.You need a hauter.use scary face and then X accuracy. Then use hipnosis and throw ultra ball.
To find percentage accuracy: (x-y)/x Where x > y This will show as a % how far y is from x.
If you are talking about pokemon, if blizzards accuracy is 100, then no.
30%.
It lowers the target's accuracy.
100%.
keep fightinng it will go up
no
You can't do anything about Pokemon dodging attacks. It depends on the accuracy of the move the opponents pokemons using or if you use a move like sand attack etc. by which the opponents accuracy is lowered.Tell me youre a novice Pokemon trainer right?
Yes. It lowers Accuracy.
most electric Pokemon know thunder wave so try that. it has 100% accuracy so it won't miss unless your accuracy is/was lowered. if you don't happen to have electric Pokemon/the ability to get them, some Pokemon know glare (ekans, arbok, and seviper are some).
