Where to find a Squirtle in Pokemon pearl?

In Fall City, there is a place caleled Underground Waterways. Explore this site and follow any path. After some exploring, you will come to a sort of clearing (acessed only by the Field Move, Cross) where a Squirtle will jump out of the water if you come near. You will find them near Feraligatr.

If you are playing a Pokemon rom on the PC , you can use cheats or hacks [A-map]

If you are playing an actual Pokemon game cartdrige you can trade with firered or leafgreen, ruby, sapphire and emerald too when you won agaist the elite 4..

You cannot catch Squirtle in Pokémon SoulSilver however Professor Oak will give you a Level 5 Squirtle if you choose it as 1 of his 3 choices after you have defeated Red on Mt. Silver.
You need to get all 16 badges and defeat red at the top of mt. silver. Then professor oak will call you. and let you choose between charmander, squirtle and bulbasaur.

There is no way you can catch a Squirtle in the Generation 4 Pokemon games. The only way you can get them is by trading, hacking or trading them from your FireRed/LeafGreen game.
