Where to get arceus?

1. Get the Azure Flute and battle it at Spear Pillar-Hall of Origin at level 80

2. Obtain from a Pokemon event distributing Arceus

The only way to get the Azure Flute is to cheat with an AR.

You catch him where u catch dialga/palkia, which is on top of mount cornet. You need 2 have a special flute i forget its name and it will ask you if you want 2 play it. If you say yes a staircase will appear, at the top stands arceus at lvl 80.

You would have needed to go to the Pokemon event at toys R us to get it on diamond, pearl, or platinum.
you have to have Pokemon dimond
you can find him in an arceus event or than its imposable unless if you cheat with an action replay the event code is this 04L39MA2

Arceus doesn't appear in SoulSilver, it must be traded from Diamond, Pearl, Platinum.
