Where to get todakiss?

It's Togekiss not Todakiss well first get a Togepi (you can find one route 230) Surf until you come to an island place. Then evolve it into Togetic. To evolve it into Togetic you must make it happy by 1:walk around with it 2:give it the soothe bell 3: give stuff what things what increases it stats 4:give it a massage. When it evolves in to Togetic give it the shiny stone found on Iron Island and Done you have your Todekiss :)
