P S Gilmore {1829-1892 }was buried in Calvary Cemetery , Woodside in Queens ,His death took place in St Louis on the 24th September 1892 . He was transported by train to Central Station , NYC , and from there to his home on 164th West 86th Street . From there his Funeral proceeded down 5th Ave before eventually arriving in St Francis Xavier Church in Manhattan . His Mass took place on the 28th September 1892 , and afterwards the Funeral Procession went from St Francis Xavier Church to 5th Ave to 22nd Street to 1st Ave to the 23 rd Street Ferry and onwards to Calvary Cemetery . His grave is Section 10 , plot 15 , near the main gate and less than a few hundred yards when walking from the Cross , the grave will be on your left side , beside the road / psgilmore@eircom.net
