I think umbreon is the best. Not only are jynx creepy looking, they have a lot of type disadvangtages since they are psychic and ice. An Umbreon could get rid of a Jynx easily by using Bite three times tops. Umbreon is a dark Pokemon, so it doesn't have as many type disadvantages as Jynx. Just don't use Umbreon against Bug or Fighting Pokemon and you'll be ok.
