No, unfortunately Puck does not do anything, let alone make his move on Sabrina. Although, there are various parts in the eighth book where Puck and Sabrina become very close. Puck starts opening up to Sabrina and shows her his caring, soft side. Sabrina doesn't know what to think of it at first, but later in the book, she also opens up to Puck.
