Which episode of Supernatural is it when Dean pantomimes a song at the end?

I believe the episode is called "Yellow Fever".

It starts out with Dean running from a poodle, scared out of his mind and scratching his arms to the point past bleeding and then the show goes back 24 hours in time to the beginning of the Case. Dean came into contact with the Spirit's revenge disease when he held a victim's heart in his hand at an autopsy of a perfectly in shape guy who dies of heart failure, subsequently contracting the 'ghost disease' which attacks people by infected person contact, that makes the person so paranoid he distorting perception of reality more and more so that everything and anything becomes increasingly scary to them in increments for a day or so until the person cannot take anymore of the stressors--dropping dead from a heart attack.

The Chevy Impala scene in question, has Dean just doing air drums to Eye of the Tiger laying down in the drivers seat of the car, as his fright malady spreads, staying away from most things because he's overwhelmed by fright but not so bad that he isn't bored while waiting for his brother Sam to get lunch and a hotel room for them (but had to change floors from the second to the first floor because of the height) and began rocking out to "Eye of the Tiger" by Journey in his car; Dean getting worse as the hours go by though.

And, at the end of the show, after the episode is over as an Easter Egg, (Dean) Jensen Ackles, fully lip syncs the whole song like a music video, but staying in his Character, on the Impala. This was either just an extra joke take that was very funny completing the song that way or the real unedited shot that was known to be cut-down to seconds for the episode and had a little fun On Set, with his air-drumming but sans the leg-guitar, scratching, the arm moves, and for the full song lyric lip sync. It's given titles before they show it and you can hear the crew laughing while he does it all and applaud at the end.

Storywise: Sam and Bobby save Dean in the end of course by road-dragging with iron chains, the 'nice guy' ghost over the rough cement road where he was killed since he'd been cremated until the ghost disintegrates and the curse is broken, leaving only Dean alive, and barely. The ghost was a guy who was huge/ugly/slow, but very considerate however scapegoated when a woman was killed and the town's open secret was that her husband, the Sherriff's friend, looked the other way for 25 years until the ghost got his revenge, killing all of them before being stopped.
