All of them. Every honey tree is the same, no matter what the guides say. You will have a 4% chance of getting Heracross on a tree, so I recommend slathering Honey on every tree in Sinnoh and waiting 6 hours and 15 minutes. Who knows, you may also get Munchlax that way.
The tree I've had the best luck with is just West of Eterna City. I caught Heracross and Munchlax on that one. I usually put honey on every tree I can at like 9 in the morning then at 9 that night I check.
