Depends on what you would get more use out of. If you have an already nice phone i wouldn't get the iphone. Or if you have an iPod Touch. If you're into gaming you should get a PS3. It has free online and lasts longer. If you find it hard to hear your tv or if you're actually ever going to use the wireless headset get that. If you want an IPod Touch/Gaming combo, you should get the IPad. I would personally get the IPad. Considering I already have a Xbox 360, Android Phone, and I don't watch TV too often.
