What is the poorest school in New Zealand?

Wellington College Location: Rugby Street, Basin Reserve, Wellington, New Zealand All NewZealand school's have government support. I would think that there are worse schools out there that are poorer than Wellington College, but I've never been to that school. I would think that rural schools would be worse off, as money comes from the students and their fee's. A school south of where I live only has 7students and one teacher and has been walking on ice for a while now.
