Astarte was seen by the Greeks as Artemis or Aphrodite, in Egpytian myth her sister Anat (both are daughters of Ra) and she are wives of Set and have a connection with Yamm the sea god. This mirrors the Phoenicia myth where Astarte appears as a daughter of Epigeius (Greek: Uranus) and Ge (Earth), and sister of the god Elus ; she and her sisters Asherah and Ba'alat Gebal/Baaltis marry Elus.

Zeus had lots of sons and daughters. It was very common for the ancient Greeks to claim that some hero or founder of a city was the son of a god, usually Zeus. The guy really got around. Apollo and his twin sister Artemis are said to have come from him. Also Athene, Persephone, Hephaistos and Hermes. Some heroes who were said to be half brothers (lots of different moms) of Ares include Herakles and Orpheus. I think Hephaistos was the only other one said to have Hera as his mother. Maybe Hermes, too.
