August Krogh- In 1920 August Krogh was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for the discovery of the mechanism of regulation of the capillaries in skeletal muscle. Krogh was first to describe the adaptation of blood perfusion in muscle and other organs according to demands through opening and closing the arterioles and capillaries. JS Haldane- John Scott Haldane helped find out how to determine the regulation of breathing and discovered the Haldane effect in hemoglobin. He was the founder of The Journal of Hygiene. In 1907 Haldane made a decompression apparatus to help make deep-sea divers safer and produced the first decompression tables after extensive experiments with animals.[1][2][3] He was also an authority on the effects of pulmonary diseases, such as silicosis caused by inhaling silica dust Walter Cannon- studied effect of SNS during exercise D.B. Dill- directed the Harvard fatigue lab which studied exercise and environmental physiology Per Olof Astrand- studied cardiac output and max heart rate during exercise

A career that studies the function of the human body during exercise is exercise physiology. Exercise physiologists analyze how the body responds and adapts to physical activity and develop exercise programs to improve health and athletic performance. They study factors such as cardiovascular function, metabolism, and muscle performance during exercise.
I. P. Pavlov discovered a conditional reflex. He is one of the most evaluated physiologist in history. (Robert G Edwards was awarded the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine by making the birth of the first test tube baby possible.)
It is Biochemistry because it's crucial that physiologists understand the chemical basis of life in order to provide accurate information about the human body.
People who study physiology are called physiologists. They investigate how the body's cells, tissues, and organs function together to maintain health and balance in the body.
The salary of physiologists can vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and employer. On average, physiologists in the United States earn around $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Advanced degrees and specialized training can lead to higher salaries in this field.
