I know the gray cat is Bluestar, and I think the black cat with orangish spots is oakeart. I am not sure if the second cat is oakheart or not. Also the cat in the box at the center of the cover is Rusty/Firepaw/Fireheart/Firestar.

The gray cat isn't bluestar, bluestar is more of a blue-gray and she has blue eyes. The gray cat is graystripe. I don't know who the second cat it but it may be spottedleaf or redtail (oakheart is a tabby not a tortoiseshell) But yes the cat in the middle picture is Fireheart.
