They were never shown to have any enemies, at least in the Disney film.
When they attempted to stop the queen when she was disguised as the beggar woman she did try to crush them with a boulder so I suppose in that moment she was their enemy but since she immediately died, they never had enemies.
There are no evil villains in the original book, although the Queen of Hearts is quite frightening.
In Tim Burton's 2010 movie the Red Queen, her army, the Knave of Hearts and the Jabberwocky are the bad guys.
Part of the reason the Alice in Wonderland books and movies have been so popular, is because of the absence of a particularly evil character in the story. Its like a children's book with behaviors, eccentricities and oddities that adults often find intriguing, amusing, and at times, a bit unsettling. The Jabberwocky is not REALLY demonic or devilish, just dangerous, his sentience, moral awareness and intelligence is debatable, certainly less than human (in the original books). Tim Burton only made him more that way (truly evil) in the most recent production of Alice in Wonderland. Everything and everyone in Burton's remake was different (more intense, less mysterious), especially the character of the Mad Hatter. Another reason for the popularity of the Alice in Wonderland books has to do with the mystery of the characters themselves and often futile, frustrated efforts that Alice makes in trying to understand each of them, ideas of shrinking and growing rapidly, oddities in traveling, disappearing/invisible creatures (Cheshire Cat), etc. There is little, if any effort on Carroll's part to moralize or preach, or make clear distinctions between good and evil, just the undertone of his own mockery of many ideas being presented in education and academia at the time. So the tone of the story is extremely inviting of the imagination, and emotional/intellectual, etc. hunger for interesting characters/people, places, ideas, oddities, etc.
Alice doesn't really have any enemies but she doesn't like the Queen of Hearts because she is not nice.
