Nothing stops Michelle Duggar about her parents. Michelle Duggar does speak about her parents. One episode of the Duggar's reality show featured the Duggars visiting Michelle's family for a reunion.
NO Michelle can't be pregnant with baby 20.
Since Michelle Duggar gave birth to her 19th daughter, Josie, on December 20, 2009, she has not had anymore children. She is not currently pregnant, but this could change at any time!
Michelle Duggar was born September 13, 1966, and Joshua (Josh) was born March 3, 1988, so Michelle was 21 when she had her first child. She had her 19th, Josie, on December 10, 2009, two months after Joshua's first daughter, Mackynzie, was born. Michelle Duggar is asked about it often; she spoke it in the episode "Duggars on Stage." She said that if she could speak to the 21-year-old Michelle Duggar she would recommend she get her naps in, "because after the baby comes... naps are hard to come by."

The second child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. The baby was miscarried before gender could be determined. The baby was given the name Caleb.
This is a personal question and I cannot tell you an exact answer. Michelle Duggar has been told by her doctor that she will not likely conceive any more children, but this does not mean that she is going through menopause. Michelle is a high-risk for pregnancy because of factors including her age, giving birth to 19 children, 2 miscarriages, and multiple C-sections. These factors also affect her likelihood of conceiving a child, which could be the reason that she is not likely to conceive. Jim Bob, Michelle, and their children often talk about "If Michelle were to have another child, then..." And since you must still have your menstrual cycle to conceive, and the Duggars still believe it is possible, then I would say no, she is not going through menopause.
As of Spring 2015, three of the Duggar children are married: Josh, Jill and Jessa. Older children in the family include: Jana, John David, and Jinger who could all be in that phase of life that they are considering long term relationships. So far, each marriage has followed a whirl wind courtship and engagement... so new additions to the Duggar family may be coming quickly.
Josh Duggar moved to DC so he could work for the family research council.
You could send them an email from the Duggar family website or leave them a Facebook message through TLC.
Kate Gosselin could not afford to go to Alaska. The trip was an opportunity to film Kate and the eight Gosselin children experiencing fun and adventure in Alaska. Since this was a trip for work, it was probably paid for by someone else, probably Discovery Communications which owns TLC.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have worked hard to build income opportunities to support their family. Looking at their success, you could say they are rich... but it takes the entire family to make it all work.
