At the end of the second season, Dale and Shane of the original group die. Dale is killed by a walker, and Shane is killed by Rick. In the season finale, Jimmy and Patricia are both killed by walkers.

∙ 10y agoThe Walking Dead Season 4 will have many deaths. Here are my predictions on who I think will die and my thoughts.
Rick Grimes - Rick will probably live, despite the fact that Robert Kirkman was willing to kill Rick at any point. If Rick will die, I think they'll kill him in the series finale.. whenever that is. But Rick will most likely survive up until the final season of the show at least.
Daryl Dixon - Daryl will OBVIOUSLY live. If they Daryl dies, the show would lose sooo many viewers. So Daryl's safe.
Carl Grimes - Carl is safe.. for now. I think Carl may die at some point, probably not in Season 4. He'll probably live up to at least Season 6 or 7.
Hershel Greene - Hershel is safe for now probably. To me, I think Hershel will die in Season 5 or 6, probably around there, I can relate to Hershel dying but they won't in Season 4 probably.
Glenn Rhee - Glenn is probably going to die, if they want to go the comic book route and kill everyone who dies in the comics, then Glenn will probably die this season or Season 5. Somewhere there, Glenn probably will be killed off.
Maggie Greene - Maggie is safe for now probably. If they decide to kill Maggie off, then I think they'll do it sometime after Season 4.
Carol Peletier - Carol will most likely die in Season 4. They were wanting to kill her in Season 3, but she survived, so Carol is probably not safe in this season and she probably will die FOR SURE in Season 4.
Beth Greene - Beth may die, but I think they might keep her around for at least Season 4 and kill her in Season 5. Lots of people say Beth is gonna die for sure in Season 4, but I don't think she'll die, just yet. She'll probably die next season probably.
The Governor - The Governor is guaranteed to die in Season 4. He was supposed to die in the Season 3 finale because of David Morrissey's one season contract which meant he would appear in only Season 3. But, they decided to let him live and let him return in the fourth season. But for sure, The Governor is going to be killed off for sure in Season 4, which will probably be killed by Daryl, because The Governor is the one who killed Daryl's brother, Merle in Season 3. So The Governor is obviously gonna die in Season 4.
Michonne - Michonne is probably gonna live in Season 4, I think she's also someone who might kill The Governor. Either her or Daryl will be one of the people to kill him I think, but Daryl is probably the one who will The Governor for sure. But I'd like to see Michonne kill him too, because he's the one responsible for Andrea, her best friend's death.
Tyreese - Tyreese is a potential character for who will die, but I'd like to see him live. He was introduced in Season 3 and I'd like to see him survive until the end of Season 4 at least.
Sasha - Sasha will die in Season 4 for sure probably, by the looks of the Season 4 trailer, Sasha's probably gonna be killed in the fourth season, she's dead for sure.
Caesar Martinez - Martinez is gonna die in Season 4, because he and Shumpert are The Governor's two henchmen now and they're probably gonna die, all three of them will die probably. The Governor will probably plan an attack with just Martinez and Shumpert with him and the three will die by the end of Season 4.
Shumpert - Shumpert will die, like I said in Martinez's death prediction, he, Martinez and The Governor will die. He never talked much in Season 3, but I think Shumpert will have a bigger role in Season 4 with talking and character interactions. So Shumpert is not safe in Season 4.
Bob Stookey - Bob will live in Season 4 for sure, he was introduced. He's gonna be a reccuring character in Season 4 and I think he'll be a series regular in Season 5 by living in the fourth season.
So that's my Season 4 death predictions for The Walking Dead: Season 4. I may have forgotten some, but if I did, I'm sorry. I hope some of my predictions are right and some of my death predictions will happen in Season 4.
