Todd Alquist - Killed by Jesse when he strangles him to death with his chains that he's handcuffed with where he eventually breaks his neck.
Uncle Jack - Killed by Walt when he confronts him while he is badly wounded from the M60 machine gun and is shot in the head and killed.
Lydia Rodarte-Quayle - Killed by ricin when she is in the resturant, meeting with Walt and Todd. Her stevia is switched with ricin, where at the end of the episode, she succumbs to it.
Walter White - Killed by his own gun, when covering Jesse from the M60 machine gun that is firing off and killing the Neo-Nazi's, Walt is shot in the stomach, where he dies from the wound in Todd's meth lab.
