Nemesis features as an antagonist ("baddie", villain) in the film Resident Evil: Apocalypse.
Yes Jill Valentine is still alive within the Resident Evil film series. In the novelization of Resident Evil: Extinction it is explained that Jill eventually leads her own group of survivors after proving to be a great asset. In Resident Evil: Afterlife the current movie, Jill is in the final scene, shown to be bad because she is being controlled by Wesker, like in the Resident Evil 5 game.

The first Resident evil movie was produced by The Constantin Film Produktion.
Resident evil 0 (July 23, 1998) Resident evil 1 (July 24,1998) Resident evil 3 (September 28,1998) Resident evil 2 (September 29, 1998) Resident evil Code Veronica (December, who knows what day it is, 1998) Resident evil : The Darkside Chronicles (in one of the scenes that you get to play as Leon and Krauser, they are in South America and I have no idea what month or day it is but I do know the year. It's 2002.) Resident evil: The Umbrella Chronicles (again, in one of the scenes that you get to play as Chris and Jill, they are in Russia a.k.a. the former Soviet Union and I have no idea what month or day it is but I do know the year. It's 2003.) Resident evil 4 (Sometime in the fall, who knows what month or day it is but I do know the year. It's 2004.) Resident evil degeneration (although it is a movie, it does tie in with the games so it does count. I don't know what month or day it takes place but I do have a year. It's 2005.) Resident evil 5 (although there is a portion of the game where you see it in the past. I only know the date of when Spencer is killed by Wesker. He is killed in 2006 and so are Jill and Wesker (they both are presumed dead but both survive.) (The actual game of Resident evil 5 takes place in 2008. So, obviously you can see the differences between time periods.)
