Hamlet only kills three people directly : Polonius, then Claudius, then Laertes. He also kills two by proxy : the disloyal courtiers Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.

Hamlet kills Polonius, Laertes, Claudius and indirectly Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. He thus has killed a lot more people than Claudius, who only killed Hamlet Sr. and, indirectly, Gertrude.
