Mia ended up with Lili's brother Michael. Lili is Mia's best friend so at the end of the movie, Michael had feelings for Mia, but Mia was crushing at one of the popular guys and turned out pretty bad with the popular guy and Mia. But with Michael and Mia, good couple it was so beautiful when they kissed.

∙ 13y agoShe chooses Michael, in the books which I have read all of but the book ends with her getting back with Michael at her 18th birthday party. In Princess Diaries 2 (The movie) it starts with her 21st birthday party and she almost gets married but she doesn't, instead she ends up with a guy called Nicholas who (apparently) was the rightful heir to the throne but Mia still became Queen.
