Parsons, because he is not too clever and blindly believes anything the party tell him.
Because according to the Thought Police, and the Party, Syme was too smart. Along with this, Syme was caught explaining how "Doublethink" worked, to Winston.
It is not confirmed that she was vaporized, only implied. If this was the case, there could be a vast variety of reasons.
This is an interesting question, as there are technically no laws in Oceania. However, the population is aware of what they can and cannot do. Winston's main crime is rebellion against the party, however, the party demonstrates that they can make him confess to any crime they wish, and so the ultimate answer doesn't have much meaning. Winston is vaporized, too, which suggests that the Party did not publicly raise any alarm about Winston, and instead just removed him from existence.
Not necessarily his own history, but he once had in his possession a photograph of three men named Jones, Aaronson and Rutherford. These men were originally three of the Party's leaders, but they were eventually vaporized.
