No. Religion isn't stated in the manga or anime. Probably because it would affend a lot of Naruto fans. Besides, what does religion have to do with Naruto at all? Masashi Kishimoto had no intention of making Sasuke's eyes look like the Star of David. It's just the way his creation turned out. Uchiha's are not Jewish. I suppose it is up to the fans to decide after all...

In fact Hinita has just told Naruto that she loves him so I am guessing that their relationship will be building. We'll see. If Naruto accepts her then Sakura and Sasuke are a sue in which mean's Kiba will end up with either Ino or Ten Ten.
