yes he does, in the movie they end up dating and after that and they're all older starfire marries robin, beastboy and raven get married, and cyborg and bumble bee.
Slade from the show TV show, Teen Titans, has the same face as Robin. However in a later episode, after he is pushed into lava, his masks falls off and Robin sees it was severely burnt beyond recognition.
It's pretty obvious in the tv series...they share alot of 'private' and 'eye-opening romance' moments but in the comics he supposivly gets together with Starfire... sooo its pretty much debatable... who knows, maybe after they wrote the comics they changed their minds...
They are 15 - 18, and you know from the episode called The Orangines. At least I think that is what it is called. I know that it is something like that though...
