Coronado was looking for the Seven Cities of Cibola (Gold). He never found them and so they are dismissed as a legend. But, some people still believe it is out there. If you look up "History's Mysteries" and El Dorado (another name for the Cities of Cibola) there is a very cool episode to watch.
