∙ 11y agoMatt, also know as Mail Jeevas, dies after he and L's wanna-be heir Mello kidnap Kiyomi Takada, Kira's spokesperson. Whilst Mello leads Takada further and further away from the city, Matt drives a presumably stolen car to distract the police and to destroy Mello's trail. When finally surrounded, Matt is asked to step out of his vehicle, and is then gunned down by the local police. His last breath is used to smoke his cigarette.
