In the second book, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Draco Malfoy is disappointed that Hermione wasn't killed by the Basilisk. However, as he grew older Draco changed a lot. Given that he didn't like Hermione, he probably wouldn't have been very upset.
"'Bet you loved that, didn't you, Potter?' said a voice Harry had no trouble recognising. He straightened up and found himself face to face with Draco Malfoy, who was wearing his usual sneer. 'Famous Harry Potter,' said Malfoy. 'Can't even go into a book-shop without making the front page.' 'Leave him alone, he didn't want all that!' said Ginny. It was the first time she had spoken in front of Harry. She was glaring at Malfoy. 'Potter, you've got yourself a girlfriend!' drawled Malfoy."Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Draco Malfoy could never produce a patronus because he didn’t have any happy memories.
Yes.
How could anyone know that? They are fictional characters, you know.
There are always places where you are loved and wanted, and their are always people who love you.
Nobody is always happy. Dutch children are also not always happy.
Dark. the first chapter of Deathly Hallows takes place in Malfoy Mannor. I don't want to say to much of what happens but I think almost the entire book has a very dark mood. Although there are some happy times in the book. There's also a lot of action. Long live Harry Potter. -Luna

None of the characters in Harry Potter were written as gay or having any gay relationships. It was not until after the book series was completed that JK Rowling stated that she had always thought of Albus Dumbledore as being gay. She said he had a crush on Grindelwald when they were teens, but he lived a celibate life since.
