Uru is a female lion, Mufasa and Scar's mother but exists only in some of the profit fanfiction books in the book universe. She is not an official character to the movies as she never existed in the movie universe and wasn't created by Disney.
The third Lion King film was titled The Lion King 1½ also known as The Lion King 3: Hakuna Matata in countries outside the United States and Canada.
Mohatu is the first lion king that Disney gave us. His daughter was Uru, who married a rogue, Ahadi. When Mohatu died, his kingdom was given to Ahadi, who became king as Uru was queen. Ahadi and Uru had two sons: Mufasa and Taka/Scar. A lion named Everu had two daughters: Sarabi and Sarafina. Sarabi married King Mufasa, and had Simba. It is thought Sarafina had mated with either Mufasa, Scar or a rogue lion and had Nala. Scar married Zira and had Nuka. Mufasa and Scar died, and Simba married Nala and had Kopa. Kopa dies, Zira marries another lion and has Vitanni and Kovu. Simba and Nala have Kiara. Nuka and Zira dies, Kovu and Kiara eventually get married.

Nothing is officially known about Mufasa's mother and father. There is a profit fanfiction book series called "The Six New Adventures" wherein his mother's name is Uru, but those really are only fanfiction books, not official to the movie universe. As the book universe is made of several story books which contents contradict each other, including "The Six New Adventures". Also, the first film's makers have denied the existence of the main chatacter from the books wherein Uru exists, so they have denied also Uru and everything else about the books. Officially Mufasa's parents identities are not known.
The book universe of The Lion King (The Lion King: Six New Adventures) states Mufasa's parents were Ahadi and Uru, but they are not canon. Because Mufasa's crators, as in the first film's makers, denied those books' main character Kopa from existing in their movie by calling the cub "Fluffy" with no gender--and thus also the parents' names from those books are not in the film's backgrounds in canon.

It was never said in The Brightest Star, the book in which Mohatu appears in, that Mohatu is Ahadi's father. It was just said that Mohatu was Mufasa's grandfather so he could be Ahadi's or Uru's father.
