Too many Dragon and ground types. A balanced team: Nidoking, Milotic, Tyranitar, Espeon, Glaceon, Lucario. Nidoking, Tyranitar, and Espeon can learn good TM attacks. T-Tar can learn Fire blast, thunder and a bunch of others. Lapras actually works better than Milotic though. You can also switch out the Lucario for Dialga. if you want my opinion, Gyardos is way better. It is a better battler than Milotic. However, Milotics usually have higher HP, but that kind of depends on the level you compare them at.
