Itachi was always mean to Sasuke and i don't think they ever say in the manga cause i have never read the Manga but I'm not done the series I'm about half way done shippuden. but as far as I know Itachi is cold hearted and doesn't love anyone but himself.

ya that person is rite her name was never mentioned but she was another star student of the uchiha clan and itachi's lover........ she was also a subordinate of his anbu team and they went on mission together...with shisu of course.... Otherwise no i guess because she wasn't important since he killed her...
