so who ever put Simon Seville was wrong.

if Simon was the oldest then it would be Simon and the Chipmunk instead of Alvin and The Chipmunks.

Alvin is older than Simon by five minutes and i don't know the lenght of time between Simon and Theodore yet.

Alvin is the oldest chipmunk, then Simon. It doesn't depend on the height of Simon, Alvin is older because the chipmunks said/showed it in the episode where they went to find their mother
