∙ 10y agoMadara would have to be stronger since they fought, when kahona was attacked be th 9 tailed fox. and well since Madara is alive and the 4th hokage is not, i would have to say madara is considerably stronger than the 4th.( MATTHEW SPANNER) well I will have to disagree because madara is dead its obito uchiha kakashi's childhood best friend who is pretending to be madara and they had a show down and the fourth had beat obito and then stopped the nine-tails and defended his village. for you to stop a beast that can destroy mountains with a swipe of its tail and can fire nuclear bombs out of its mouth and keep your villagers still alive while fighting a very strong ninja you have to be the strongest ninja out there not only that obito was left alive because the fourth was busy with the nine-tails so imagine there was no giant devil fox and no wife giving birth at the time and it was obito vs the fourth who would win ? obviously the fourth.

∙ 14y agoYes. Kakashi Sensei was trained by Minato; The Fourth Hokage. In training with Naruto and Yamato Kakashi tries to teach Naruto how to use wind manipulation. He explains further when Naruto doesn't get it that Rasengan is the ultimate form of Shape Manipulation. He goes on to say that The Rasengan is an in-complete technique. Naruto then producs two shadow clones, and after harsh training he completes the Rasengan and calls it ; Fūton: Rasenshuriken. It is a powerful technique that ironically he does not throw. It individually destroys each chaukra cell in the human body. there were so many individual sharp, blades that even Kakashi sensi with his Sharringan couldn't see how many.
So in a way he is stronger then The fourth Hokage because he completed a technique that only he can ever master.
