Who is the dynamic character in Forrest gump?

The character Forrest Gump was a simple man who loved God, country and his momma. He was honest and loyal and despite his limitations led an amazing life and was an inspiration to an entire generation of people. Tom Hanks played Gump to perfection, I can imagine nobody else in that role.

Without a doubt Forrest's best qualities are his love of God, country and his momma and his loyalty to those he considers a friend. He is also a man of his word. When he makes a promise he keeps it. When Bubba dies in the war, Forrest still carries through with the plan to buy a shrimp boat. Even Bubba's mother thinks he's stupid. But we know that 'stupid is as stupid does' and Bubba's mom gets to retire in comfort thanks to Forrest keeping his promise to his 'good, best friend'.
