One opinion believes that the White Ranger from Mighty Morphin is the most powerful because he had routinely defeated Goldar and he had also destroyed four resurrected monsters in Season 2, he was also able to routinely defeat Goldar and Rito in Season 3 along with defeating Lord Zedd even with having Ranger powers that were not as strong as his Season 2 powers, another opinion believes that all of the Zeo Rangers are powerful because they are powered by the Zeo Crystal of which increases in power over time and another opinion is that the S.P.D. Shadow Ranger is the most powerful because he was able to destroy 100 Krybots in a single battle.

It's always viewed by people to be the red ranger cause he has the most powers and is seen as the leader. Like The Red Ranger from Dino Thunder who had the combination of his own power and the power of both the blue and yellow rangers, making him probably the strongest of the red rangers because of this fact.

This part is just my opinion though. In my opinion The Strongest was probably the White Dino ranger. He managed to cause plenty of problems for Mosag and The Dino Rangers by himself. He had a ridiculous move pool, he could shoot laser arrows had a Super Dino mode, which he never got the chance to use on the other rangers, and it took the Red ranger to use his own Super Dino after the White ranger took them all out one time just to beat him once. He was the most crazy Broken rangers in history with his power to actually Fly in super Dino mode. He also managed to steal the Stegozoid right away from the other rangers without much effort.
