It appeared at the end of season 4, in the episode End Times. It reappeared in the episode Face Off and once more in the episode Live Free or Die.
To date, there hasn't been an episode with a bear that Bart loves. There was, however, and episode featuring a bear named Bobo, which belonged to Mr. Burns. He had lost it when he was a boy, and always regretted it. Years later, the simpsons ended up finding it. Maggie took a liking to it, and the simpsons decided maggies happiness was more important then the money Mr. Burns offered them to get back the bear.
