Him.......... the red devil wearing high heels and with crab clippers
The main female villain in "The Powerpuff Girls" is Mojo Jojo, but the most prominent female villain is Him, who is characterized by their flamboyant appearance and sinister personality. Another notable female antagonist is Princess Morbucks, a wealthy girl who wants to be a Powerpuff Girl and often schemes against them. Each of these characters brings unique challenges to the Powerpuff Girls, contributing to the show's dynamic.

I don't think there actually is a specificly remebered or recognised episode of the Powerpuff Girls' series. Again, i think the answer of this question is down to a matter of opinion. For myself, it would have to be the episode where Townsville is raining, and the girls decide to play out their heroic adventures at home. The best part was proberably them getting the Professor to play Bubbles.
No. But most of them. What I don't get, is that they put all thevillains that were destroyed and don't even put in the rowdyruff boys. and they were the most loved villains too!
"The Powerpuff Girls" originally aired from 1998 to 2005. The show was created by Craig McCracken and featured three super-powered girls—Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup—who protect the city of Townsville from various villains. The series was known for its unique animation style, humor, and themes of friendship and empowerment. It later returned for a reboot in 2016, though the original series remains the most popular.
The powerpuff girls are made out of sugar, spice and every nice. The most important thing is Chemical X.
