Arceus is an all powerful Pokemon capable of using any Pokemon move. The key moves it uses are roar of time, spacial rend, shadow force and judgment. These moves if you remember belong to Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.

So yes Arceus is the most powerful and is un rivaled by even the new Zekrom and Reshiram.

definetly arceus u can change its type by giving him a plate its so cool yes, i agree... because i searched up on the internet and it said that arceus created dialga, palkia and giratina, but im not sure if its true though and i think that its harder to get arceus
