Care to be more specific? There aren't any 'old man' characters on American Dad.

The only ones you could mean might be either Stan's boss, Avery Bullock or Stan's dad, Jack Smith but neither of them are really old, at least not as you'd normally think a cartoon old man would be portrayed.

Unless you are thinking of Family Guy; the "old man" who is always chasing Chris and the other young boys is named Herbert and is voiced by: Mike Henry.
