Theodore Valiant was Eddie's twin brother so naturally Bob Hoskins 'played' both roles even though Theodore was only seen in a photo.

Kathleen Turner played the speaking voice, and "Why Don't You Do Right" was sung by actress Amy Irving, as a personal favor for Steven Spielberg. Neither woman wanted to be credited for their work, lending Jessica an authentic aura when the movie first came out.
A heavily padded Jessica Biel played Jessica Rabbit on SNL, the same episode (and scene) as her boyfriend Justin Timberlake was participating in.

Judge Doom (played by the wonderful and eccentric Christopher Lloyd) frames Roger Rabbit - he also kills Marvin Acme, R. K. Maroon and Eddie Valiant's brother, Teddy Valiant (Disturbing, I know). When Eddie Valiant says he knew about 'burning red eyes and a high squeaky voice' when Teddy was killed, that was Doom - he's actually a Toon.
Christopher Lloyd.
