She died. An "op" she and Gibbs were on 10 or 15 years ago didnt go so well, and those people came back to kill them, she got in a shoot out, she died but so did all of them so that they won't go after Gibbs. Then Mike (Gibbs old boss/partner) killed the lady who sent them to kill jenny and Gibbs.
