Greeks
The Achaeans, a coalition of Greek city-states, besieged Troy for ten years during the Trojan War, which was sparked by the abduction of Helen by Paris of Troy. They employed various strategies, including direct assaults and the infamous use of the Trojan Horse, a cunning ruse that led to their victory. Ultimately, they breached the city's walls, sacked Troy, and enslaved its inhabitants, marking the end of the war. The conflict is famously depicted in Homer's "Iliad" and other ancient texts.
The city of Troy was famously evacuated during the Trojan War, primarily due to the cunning strategy of the Greeks, who used the ruse of the Trojan Horse. After a prolonged siege, the Greeks hid inside the giant wooden horse, which the Trojans brought into their city, believing it to be a peace offering. At night, the Greek soldiers emerged, opened the gates for the rest of their army, and ultimately sacked the city. Thus, it was the Greeks who orchestrated the evacuation of Troy, leading to its downfall.
In 2009, Peyton Manning was sacked 10 times in the regular season.
Troy was famously conquered through a cunning strategy involving the Greeks' use of the Trojan Horse during the Trojan War, as recounted in Homer's "Iliad." After a protracted siege lasting ten years, the Greeks constructed a large wooden horse and hid a select group of soldiers inside it, leaving it at the gates of Troy as a supposed offering. The Trojans brought the horse into the city, believing it to be a sign of victory. At night, the Greek soldiers emerged, opened the gates for the rest of the Greek army, and sacked the city.
It all depends on what conflicts you believe exist. The great hero Hector was killed. Paris ends up shooting Achilles, another great hero. Paris ends up dying by Philoctetes hands. Troy was sacked and Helen was dragged home by her husband who was really pissed at her but descides not to punish her. Oh and Odysseus eventually gets home after 20 years but that's an entirely different story.

After the fall of Troy, which traditionally marks the end of the Trojan War, the Greeks did not rule Troy for a significant period. According to myth, the Greeks sacked and burned the city, leading to its destruction. The aftermath of the war and the fate of Troy are more about the return of the Greek heroes to their homes rather than a long-lasting Greek rule over Troy itself. Historically, the city was eventually rebuilt and continued to exist, but it was no longer under Greek control after the war.
After the fall of Troy, very few men left the city. According to Greek mythology, the only notable survivors were Aeneas and a handful of others who managed to escape the destruction. The majority of the Trojan warriors perished during the war, and the city was ultimately sacked by the Greeks. Thus, the number of men who left Troy is generally considered to be quite small.
