Who should you have in your Pokemon party on diamond?

Cynthia has the Pokemon Spiritomb, Lucario, Gastrodon, Milotic, Roserade, and Garchomp. While any team is capable of beating her, depending on level, you should aim for a team as follows:

To beat Spiritomb easily, one should have a Pokemon that knows Foresight and a Fighting type move. After Spiritomb loses its Ghost type designation, Fighting moves become super effective.

Lucario should be fought with a Fire, Fighting, or Ground type. Flying and Psychic are super effective against Fighting types, but as Lucario is also a Steel type, that type alignment would neutralize your super effective hit.

Gastrodon can very easily be wiped out with a Grass type, since it is a Water/Ground type.

Milotic is also a Water type and thus can also be defeated with a Grass type. However, Milotic has very good stats, so don't expect the fight to be easy, even with type advantages.

Roserade is your typical Grass/Poison, so if you used a Fire type against Lucario, use it here as well.

Garchomp is a little sketchy. As a Dragon/Ground type, only Ice and Dragon will affect Dragon very well. Luckily, Ground is easily defeated with Ice as well. Just don't use Fire, Water, Electric, Grass, Poison, or Rock.

Cynthia could be beaten, therefore, with just Tropius or Sky Forme Shaymin, a Fighting type, a Fire type, and an Ice type. Unfortunately, Blaziken and Infernape, the only two Fighting/Fire types, cannot learn Foresight.
