A guy named Loren Ellis sings the theme song.
He's part of the Drew Davis Band. I just saw them in concert a couple of nights ago and it was announced that he sang the theme song to The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
I was a huge fan of the Drew Davis Band but recently checked their web site and they are no longer together. Drew is now appearing alone but has used all the same publicity articles as they used as a group - just took everyone else's names out. Kind of a mean thing to do since part of what made the group was Loren and the other guys.
