They meet in Tokyo (he's there on business, she's there with her photographer husband, played by Giovanni Ribisi.) Anna Faris has a minor role as a Hollywood starlet, Akiko Takeshita plays Ms. Kawasaki (the studio's representative.) Takashi Fujii plays Mathew, the crazy talk show host, and Nao Asuka plays the Premium Fantasy woman.
