Shuttles have only been designed to be in low earth orbit and do not have the capability to go to the moon. The Apollo missions were the ones that traveled to the moon, and there have been no lunar missions since 1973.
The only astronaunt that went to the moon twice is James Lovell. He was on the crew of both Apollo 8 and Apollo 13, and would have landed had they not had the mishap that wrecked the mission. He was fortunate to have returned to earth safely. Actually Jim Lovell was NOT the only astronaut to go to the moon twice - there were two others! - John Young went twice - as CM pilot on Apollo 10 and as commander of Apollo 16. - Gene Cernan also went twice - as LM pilot on Apollo 10 and as commander of Apollo 17.
Neil Armstrong first went into space aboard Gemini 8 in 1966, where he performed the first manned docking of two spacecraft. And also in July 20, 1969 he was the mission commander for the Apollo moon landing.
Neil Armstrong went twice in space once in the Gemini spacecraft and the other made famous with Apollo 11.
The Postman Always Rings Twice was created in 1934.
Kalpana Chawla was the first Indian woman to travel twice into space. She was an astronaut who flew on two Space Shuttle missions: STS-87 in 1997 and STS-107 in 2003. Tragically, she lost her life in the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster in 2003.
Since the anvil is more than twice as massive as the astronaut, the astronaut will move much more rapidly than the anvil, as they both move in opposite directions following the astronauts push. And chances are, the massive anvil with then collide with the astronaut's spacecraft, doing horrendous damage, and the foolish astronaut will then be unable to safely return to Earth. So when you are in outer space, be careful with your anvil. I wouldn't go throwing it around at random.

John Glenn travelled outer space twice. On February 20, 1962, NASA astronaut John Glenn flew the Friendship 7 mission becoming the third American in space and the first American to orbit the Earth circling the earth three times. In October 1998, Senator Glenn returned to space at the age of 77 aboard the space shuttle Discovery.
John Glenn traveled to outer space twice, setting multiple records both times. On his first trip he became the first American to orbit the Earth, and on his second trip, while serving as a US Senator, he became the oldest person to travel to space.
Former NASA astronaut and U.S. Senator from Ohio John Glenn was born in Cambridge, Ohio on July 18, 1921. On February 20, 1962, NASA astronaut John Glenn flew the Friendship 7 mission at age 40 becoming the third American in space and the first American to orbit the Earth circling the earth three times.
She went in space twice the first date was 1983 and the second was 1984 and that is true
Mohtarma Benazier Bhutto was the first and last female Prime Minister of Pakistan. She was elected as Prime Minster of Pakistan twice.
Sally Ride went to space twice. Her first mission was on the Space Shuttle Challenger in 1983, and her second was also on Challenger in 1984. She was the first American woman in space.
Gus Grissom actually went into space twice. The first time was in July 1961--a 15 minute suborbital flight aboard "Liberty Bell 7" (officially listed as MR-4). The second time was in March 1965 for 3 orbits aboard Gemini 3.

Valentina Tereshkova married twice in her lifetime. Her first marriage was to astronaut Andriyan Nikolayev, and her second marriage was to fellow cosmonaut Yuliy Shaposhnikov.
