NO, nobody is alive from 209 years ago! In fact the oldest person is only about 120 something...The year 1899 is in the 1800's so anyone who is 111 - 120 years old was born in the 1800's. The answer is yes.

∙ 14y agoTo have been born in 1899 would make you "only" 109 now - there will numbers of people that age still alive. In the past 2 weeks, 2 people over 110 have died in the UK - they got special mention because they were the last Englishmen alive to have fought in WW1.
