I'm guessing they all do. From my research everyone says that some thing will happen in the wizard life that they will all be able to keep there magic. Hope that helps!!Alex!! But Justin takes over Wiztech because Professor Crumbs retired.

∙ 13y agoAccording to the Wizards of Waverly Place Movie, Alex beats Justin, but then wishes everything back to normal, and by doing that, her full wizard powers are gone, so the battle is still on.
Alex will get her powers. She just has to learn more spells.
Although Alex won previously, (in the movie, even though she doesn't keep them) in Season 4 it was said that both Alex and Justin have to start over again, which means Max is now in the lead. There have also been rumours saying that Justin will win but give his powers to Alex who will give them to Max. But it is indefinate, right now.
